What You'll Do

Lead and manage a team of 3–5 inside sales executives Drive inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments Own monthly revenue targets across language courses and Germany programs Monitor team call quality, follow-up discipline, and daily lead coverage Build and refine sales scripts, objection handling, and pitch frameworks Report pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance weekly Coordinate with the academic team on program details and student eligibility

What We're Looking For

3–5 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or education sales — mandatory Proven track record of leading a sales team and hitting targets Telugu & English fluency — mandatory. Hindi is a plus Experience in overseas education, ed-tech, or training institutes — p...
