German Drishty is a German language center in Hyderabad offering courses (A1–B2) and Germany placement programs — Ausbildung, University Admissions, and Nursing placements.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 3–5 inside sales executives
• Drive inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments
• Own monthly revenue targets across language courses and Germany programs
• Monitor team call quality, follow-up discipline, and daily lead coverage
• Build and refine sales scripts, objection handling, and pitch frameworks
• Report pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance weekly
• Coordinate with the academic team on program details and student eligibility

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or education sales — mandatory
• Proven track record of leading a sales team and hitting targets
