Job Description Summary The Inside Sales Specialist supports GE Vernovas HV Grid Solutions commercial team by executing tendering and proposal activities, preparing competitive offers, managing customer inquiries and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The role ensures accurate proposals full compliance with commercial policies and smooth handover to Operations for onβtime project execution.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documentation for HV GIS AIS Transformers and HV Services.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide clarifications and support Sales Managers during the offer phase.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Sourcing and Legal to deliver complete and compliant offers.
- Ensure accurate pricing, deal structure and adherence to GE Vernova DOA and commercial governance.
