The Inside Sales role plays a pivotal dual role within the Beauty & Home business, supporting the regional sales team while actively developing customer relationships across Spain and Europe. This position is split evenly between internal sales support and external customer development, ensuring strong operational execution while driving future business growth for Lubrizol’s active ingredient portfolio.

As a key partner to sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to commercial success through data-driven support, effective customer engagement, and proactive opportunity development.
