Job Description:
As an Inside Sales & Service Writer, you will handle front-counter and phone interactions for sales and repairs. You will quote jobs, write service tickets, and keep customers moving through the shop while hitting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and assist walk-in customers with computer sales, custom builds, and repair quotes.
- Write detailed repair tickets in CRM and explain pricing and timelines clearly.
- Follow up on completed jobs and turn one-time customers into repeat clients....
