**Job Overview**

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Inside Sales/Sales Support person to be the first point of contact for our customers on site. This position plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our sales and production teams.

+ Answer product questions and guide customers through the ordering process
+ Handle order intake and help prepare estimates and invoices
+ Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery
