Role Overview
We are looking for a process-driven Inside Sales / Sales Ops professional who lives and breathes data, pipelines, and closing metrics. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining our CRM health while actively engaging warm prospects to drive software-as-a-service (Saa S) subscription conversions.
What You Will Do
Own and optimize our sales stack (CRM, tracking parameters, and automated email sequences). Engage with inbound software leads, understand their tech bottlenecks, and guide them through our product pipeline. Track and report on pipeline health, sales velocity, conversion metrics, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) leaks. Clean up customer databases, build sales reports, and create seamless hand-off processes for our account management team.Experienced Candidate Qualifications
