Key Responsibilities :
Support outside sales representatives in managing customer accountsPrepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on deliveriesRespond to customer inquiries (pricing, availability, technical specifications)Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure excellent after-sales serviceAct as a key support resource for the field sales team Skills and qualifications :
Profile Requirements :
Experience in the steel industry or metal products industry (essential)Experience in sales support and direct customer interactionStrong communication and customer service skillsBilingual French / English (spoken and written)Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
