About the Role

Robert Half is partnering with a growing construction company seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with prior construction industry experience. This role is responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, developing customer relationships, preparing quotes, and supporting the outside sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth.


The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands construction products or services, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, accuracy, and customer service are key.
