The Inside Sales Representative’s core mission is to own the end-to-end sales cycle for a specific customer base and incoming enquires ensuring they deliver double-digit organic revenue growth—turning inbound demand and leads into quotes and invoiced orders.
You will
Manage inbound enquiries across multiple channels to identify customer needs and uncover revenue generating cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.Increase revenue by effectively managing leads through the full cycle—qualification, conversion, quotation, negotiation, quote-conversion, and closure.Execute and register in CRM the full sales cycle stages, from lead creation through order invoiced. Providing relevant feedback at each stage.Master pricing tools to maintain a sustainable and profitable sales pipeline.Support customers in Atlas Copco’s customer-facing applications (Webshop, Parts on Line, Fleetlink, Power Connect)S...
