:The Inside Sales Representative will manage and grow a regional portfolio of customers through proactive telephone engagement. This role focuses on driving parts and service revenue, building longβterm customer relationships, and supporting field sales colleagues through effective lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of c. 400 customers via regular call cycles
Drive parts, service, and CSA sales, meeting set call and revenue targets
Follow up on service reports to identify and convert incremental sales opportunities
Manage inbound enquiries and online leads, promoting all purchasing channels
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data
