An Inside Sales Manager in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment focuses on remote selling—usually via calls, emails, or virtual demos—to U.S.-based prospects. This role is integral part of the Sales team and works as brand ambassadors to the Outside world primarily identifying business opportunities and generating a qualified sales pipeline.

Core responsibilities:

Identifying qualified prospects through cold calling or email correspondence or social media platforms (Min 80 odd calls per day)
Build Prospect lists based on an ideal customer profile.
Identifying and creating database of decision makers, influencers at target companies that may be involved in a buying decision.
