Samsara seeks experienced sales managers to guide a team of Account Executives II targeting mid-sized organizations. In this leadership role, you will hire, develop, and support your team to achieve quarterly targets and continuous growth. Your coaching will ensure that account executives excel in complex sales cycles and cultivate genuine relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach a team of approximately eight account executives
• Hire and onboard new account executives effectively
• Work cross-functionally to solve strategic problems
• Create training content for ongoing team development
• Provide actionable feedback to team members
