Job Description:

• Handling renewal sales enquiries over the hotline, email, contact new and existing customers on their renewal sales enquiries
• Generate Renewal Quotation using Excel /Business Central
• Work closely with Maintenance, Presales and Procurement Teams to ensure smooth renewal
• Create MSA for Renewal contract
• Follow up closely on renewal opportunity and close it on time
