You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue by delivering a seamless sales experience within the Clubs markets, managing client interactions via phone, chat, and email. As an Online Client Advisor, you will conduct outreach, share our brand ethos, understand clients’ needs, develop and present solutions, address concerns, close sales (or refer to the field sales team) and ensure a personalised purchasing experience.
