Position Overview
Job Purpose
To drive recurring revenue and customer retention by proactively managing renewal contracts and promoting annuity-based solutions through effective inside sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives sales of resold services such as support renewals, extended warranty, subscriptions and etc.
- Proactively manage the renewal pipeline, ensuring on‑time renewals to prevent lapses.
- Works with internal product sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities by up‑selling and cross‑selling.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales target.
- Performs reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including quotes, bookings and billing.
- Engage customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, to convey the benefits of our services and the prices thereof.
