Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers, delivering high levels of customer service
- Provide technical assistance on quotations and specifications, supporting both standard and customized solutions
- Prepare, produce, and issue accurate and timely quotations including supporting documentation and drawings
- Ensure all quotations are correctly recorded, tracked, and aligned with departmental KPIs
- Verify technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders before contracts are booked
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries within agreed service level timescales
- Support the full process from quotation through to order booking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Work collaboratively within a large customer service team to achieve shared objectives
