Position Overview
Responsibilities - Contact and engage prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, and company databases.
- Qualify leads by understanding their property requirements, budget, preferred location, and buying timeline.
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for Real Estate Consultants.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and nurture relationships.
- Update and manage client information accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion objectives.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to viewing.
Qualifications - Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, call center, or real estate sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin will be an advantage).
