**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Conduct sales through Broker RFP’s**
+ **Manage sales pipeline and broker managed accounts as a primary liaison**
+ **Respond to phone and email inquiries**
+ **Perform data entry and lead tracking**
+ **Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues**
+ **Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes**

**Qualifications**

+ **1+ years of sales or sales support experience**
+ **Strong data entry, math, and computer skills**
+ **Excellent communication and multitasking abilities**
