Position Overview
This role focuses on engaging managed and unmanaged accounts to drive revenue generation through Microsoft product sales, account management, and compliance process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales opportunities through the complete sales cycle until close/deployment.
- Handle cloud selling and IT product sales activities.
- Convert client leads into sales opportunities through customer engagement.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Maintain strong account management practices and operational compliance.
- Follow tele-sales processes and internal operational standards
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or account management or in cloud sales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay native language.
