Project: Enhancing Work Processes: Development of AI-Enabled Knowledge Management and Case Management System. This internship offers a practical opportunity to apply AI and software development skills to improve how the division works. The intern will contribute across two areas. For knowledge management, the intern will explore and implement AI-based tools to help the division better organise and retrieve its resources, reducing reliance on manual processes and expanding the division's use of AI. For case management, the intern will design and build a Python-based Case Management System with a user-friendly interface for officers to log, track, and manage cases.

(1) An AI-based knowledge management solution to improve how the division organises and retrieves its resources; (2) A Python-based Case Management System with a working user interface for officers to log and track cases, along with a handover guide.
