Role Purpose Each of Ad Intel Internationals Clients’ services are customised. No service is the same as another. The Input and Validation Expert is the point of contact within Operations for any technical requirements in regards to Clients (BAU or FTD), new data and any User Acceptance Testing to be carried out for a process (Client or Internal).This includes support for both the Nielsen & TCS Teams and also transfer of non-technical language from Operations to Application Development to resolve an issue. It is a key skill as they need to have technical knowledge of the database backend and have SQL developer experience to be able to pull and read the data from the database to assist other team members who have less technical expertise. The candidate must also be able to speak with stakeholders in daily stand up calls and have experience working in Agile developments taking part in sprint planning processes and taking on work to support the business in these phases. The specia...
