MAIN JOB PURPOSE


The Innovation Engineer will function as support for the change management role on projects, ensuring all inputs are available and SC is geared up for deployment including new innovations, VIP, product transfers, rollouts, recipe changes and line extensions with an agreed time plan.S/he will also apply extensively the full range of Focused Improvement, Quality, EEM, and EPM pillar methods and tools to encounter losses identified in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Customer Service and Logistics and optimize the cost projects.Innovation Engineer also supports the validation of all process improvements and the establishment of revised basic conditions on the line. S/he is expected to be the SME for her/his area (Process/Packing/Category). A core deliverable is to eliminate losses and wastes and increase the stability of the line to support the transaction of traditional line teams to semi-autonomous teams.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
