Purpose of the Role

• Innovation is a core enabler to achieve our 2035 Operations Vision—driving step-change improvements in cost efficiency, scalability, and flexibility through automation, AI, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• To accelerate this journey, we are establishing a dedicated Innovation Project Manager role based in Singapore, at the heart of our regional innovation ecosystem.
• This role will act as the central coordinator across the innovation lifecycle—from ideation to piloting and first industrialization—ensuring that innovations are not only developed, but successfully translated into scalable operational solutions.
