We are a real business Group – managing over 100 active commercial tenants across 20 different business types in Ajman, UAE. Two children, ages 12 and 14, spend their mornings on Cambridge IGCSE online school and their afternoons working inside this business. Real contracts. Real cash flow. Real decisions.

Your job is to sit inside that environment every day and do two things:

1. – keep the morning school block structured and focused. You are NOT their subject teacher. You are the person who makes sure they show up, pay attention, and connect what they are learning to what they see around them.

2. – and this is the REAL role – introduce them to how technology actually works in the real world. AI tools. Automation. No-code platforms. Research and analysis done properly. Not as a hobby. ...
