   Main role r  esponsibilities 
 Managing and formulating UV inks
 Colour proofing
 Trouble shooting colour problems
 Colour matching by eye but predominantly with spectrophotometers
  Key requirements 
 Experience of UV inks
 A good eye for colour and of LAB Colour Space
