The role involves troubleshooting molding defects, maintaining process stability, and verifying part quality to meet production and scrap targets. Candidates will document process settings, support preventive maintenance tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations. Ideal applicants have at least two years of thermoplastics injection molding experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and 5S standards.
