Responsibilities

• Deploy cognitive ergonomics expertise to support design, tests and analysis of Human‑Machine Interfaces
• Support requirements development, task analysis, and human error analysis
• Develop system Human Machine Interface (HMI) simulations and prototypes
• Create and manage documentation for Human Factors activities related to new aircraft, significant cockpit modifications and sustaining programs
• Elaborate and conduct User Centered Design activities related to Flight deck HMI
• Perform scenario‑based Flight deck and User Experience evaluation in line with SOGECLAIR Flight deck philosophy
• Interact with Flight Crews to develop and assess overall cockpit physical and cognitive usability
• Support certification effort for 1302 and other Human Factors related regulations
• Interact with several programs / platforms
