Provide field service support to NCR Retail and other brands, both preventive and corrective, ensuring quality in every activity.

Daily Tasks

• Service corrective and preventive maintenance on NCR ATM technologies and point‑of‑sale terminals.
• Fill out service reports and documentation.
• Update systems using the company’s application.
• Recover, return and deliver parts.
• Communicate with various operational areas.
• Follow escalation levels and communicate with operational supervision.
