UPMC Chartwell is looking for a casual Infusion nurse to work weekend shifts for their dedicated team!

The Infusion Nurse coordinates and performs skilled nursing care for patients in the home setting. Participates in teaching patients and significant others home medical management; and provides leadership by working cooperatively with staff to establish priorities and goals of patient care.

This role will work specifically weekend shifts, 9 am to 9 pm Saturday, and 9 am to 7 pm, Sunday.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Participate in Chartwell Pennsylvania's Performance Improvement Program.
+ Represent self in a professional and ethical; manner at all times.
+ Attend scheduled patient care conferences, in-services, departmental meetings, etc.
+ Take on call responsibility as assigned to provide 24 hour availability, and provide these services in accordance with established protocols.
