We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to support and maintain enterprise data center infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of storage, backup, virtualization, networking, and server environments. This role requires hands‑on experience with Dell infrastructure, Veeam Backup & Replication, VMware, Windows Server administration, and data center operations.
The Infrastructure Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure components across the data center environment. The role includes managing backup and recovery operations, supporting virtualization platforms, maintaining Windows server environments, and coordinating with technology vendors for issue resolution.
