**Job Title**:Azure Senior Support Engineer
**Position Description**:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and platform services.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
- Document solutions, best practices, and technical guidance for internal teams.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to high-priority incidents as needed.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to keep pace with Azure platform changes and new features.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, cloud engineering, or a related role.
