About the Role

As an Infrastructure Lead you will serve as Cooee's primary culture carrier and operational leader in Iloilo. This role is responsible for deepening Cooee's culture, strengthening relationships with stakeholders locally and overseas, and ensuring smooth office operations including workforce planning. The ideal candidate is a people-first leader with strong operational discipline, strong decision-making capabilities, and a passion for building meaningful, trust-based partnerships.

This is a full onsite role based in Iloilo and requires a strong commitment to onsite leadership, collaboration, and day-to-day operational presence.
