IT Operations / ITSM Team Lead

Location: Bangalore / Chennai (1 day work from office per week)

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations / ITSM Team Lead who is both technically hands-on and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

In this role, you will manage critical incidents, improve monitoring and observability practices, and drive operational excellence across complex infrastructure environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Critical Incident Management

• Team Lead or ownership experience in ITSM environments

• Hands-on knowledge of Change Management, CMDB, and Compliance

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM

• Experience with Grafana and monitoring/observability tools

• Ability to reduce alert noise and improve monitoring strategies

• Understanding of HPC environments and resource optimization
