Skills & experience required:
- A University Bachelor in I.T or related disciplines
- A good understanding on IT services policies, processes and infrastructure
- Excellent analytical abilities, team coordination, communication and good trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find the root causes for technical problems.
- Display a good understanding of IT Service Management i.e ITIL
