Provide day-to-day L1 technical support for end-user computing devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and workplace peripherals (local/network printers, docking stations, monitors).
Diagnose and resolve basic operating system issues across Windows 10/11 and/or macOS environments.
Troubleshoot productivity software suites (Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and core business applications.
Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN configuration).
Device Deployment & Asset Management
Assist with imaging, configuring, and deploying new user hardware using enterprise deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or SmartDeploy).
Execute the onboarding and offboarding technical checklist for arriving and departing employees.
