Develop and maintain ICT infrastructure documentation and network topology within the assigned area
Manage and maintain ICT department assets
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and network devices such as routers (Mikrotik, Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos), switches (Cisco, Aruba, HPE, D-Link), and access points
Configure and monitor ICT radio communication devices, including HT radios (ICOM, Baofeng, Motorola) and IP/Wireless radios (Cambium, Ubiquiti)
Perform patching and firmware updates on all IT devices, as well as antivirus updates on user laptops/desktops
Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
Conduct analysis, planning, monitoring, and control of applications and systems in accordance with IT security policies
