Key Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job platforms
- Screen and qualify candidates effectively
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Required Skills & Experience - 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT / Technical Recruiting
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities
- Solid understanding of tech roles (developers, cloud, data, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with an ownership mindset
