Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage both in-house and outsourced IT teams to ensure consistent and efficient desktop and infrastructure support. Supervise day-to-day IT operations, ensuring seamless support and service delivery across the organization. Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure projects aligned with business priorities. Develop and implement long-term IT roadmaps and improvement plans. Manage external IT vendors to ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met. Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships. Provide technical guidance to subsidiaries and coordinate with their IT teams to align with group-wide IT strategies and standards. Identify, recommend, and implement IT systems and technologies to support business needs and improve operational efficiency.
