The IT Executive should be equipped to manage Level 1 and Level 2 support, assist with system operations, manage IT assets, and help coordinate updates, upgrades, and patching to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable IT services.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users (hardware, software, connectivity issues). Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and common application issues. Support Windows environments and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant vendors.
