Stefanini is hiring a Madrid-based Business Analyst to join one of our clients. The role will be hybrid—3 days per week on site in Madrid—until the end of December 2026, with possible extension.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements and objectives. They will act as a liaison between business division and technology teams to ensure that projects align with goals and will contribute to the successful implementation of solutions through insights, recommendations, and support throughout the software project lifecycle.
