Job Description:

The individual contractor will work on the following tasks:

- Assist in monitoring and investigating ICT infrastructure systems . SIEM, Network monitoring, Identity service engine, Wireless controller, etc.

- Assist in monitoring cybersecurity systems . Microsoft Defender, Firewalls, etc.

- Assist the infrastructure and Cybersecurity Operations team to track vulnerabilities and problems identified.

- Assist in contributing to new and ongoing projects using Cloud technologies and virtualization.

Expected outputs and delivery dates

- Monitoring and Reporting: The contractor will produce regular monitoring reports for various IT and cybersecurity systems, including SIEM, network monitoring, identity services, and Microsoft Defender. These reports should detail system health, performance metrics, identified anomalies, and a summary of any issues or risks found.
