Duties: Provide Level 3 support for franchise critical Security Infrastructure. Support Operations-related work and initiatives, continuity of business testing, maintenance of documentation and inventories, infrastructure projects, security assessments, and integration of infrastructure and tools under Citi’s global operational model.
