The individual in this role will define, deliver, and support customer identity and access management (IAM) solutions, with a primary focus on Ping Federate, Ping Directory, and Auth0 (Okta) technologies. This position works closely with IT Engineering and Information Security teams to design scalable, secure, and high‑performance identity services. The role also contributes to broader enterprise modernization initiatives and ongoing operational support. The position is responsible for securing identity infrastructure through the implementation and management of Ping Identity, Auth0, and related tools. Responsibilities include general IAM functions, support of the Auth0 platform, and participation in migration efforts between Ping Identity and Auth0 product stacks.
