Roles and Responsibilities

• Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands‑on experience in Informatica (PowerCenter or similar ETL tools)
  • Strong experience in Big Data technologies (Hive, Hadoop ecosystem)
  • Deep expertise in UNIX/Linux and shell scripting
  • Extensive experience in production support / data platform support environments
  • Expertise in troubleshooting ETL failures, data pipeline issues, Hive/Hadoop job failures
  • Strong knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and dependency management
  • Strong SQL/HiveQL skills for data analysis and issue resolution
  • Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SLA management, escalation handling, and support reporting
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization in Big Data environments
