Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is looking for an IT&T Manager to join our Information Technology & Telecommunication (IT&T) team. The IT Manager will provide supervision, direction and leadership in accordance with the company’s objectives.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the IT&T Department, the IT&T Manager will oversee day‑to‑day IT support, first‑line colleague support, second‑line guest support, hardware & software maintenance, system event rectifications, routine task management, change management planning, and vendor issue escalation.
