**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona** is seeking a full-time clinical and academic physician for the multidisciplinary Infectious Disease service line in its flagship location of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Under direction from the clinical chairman, provides patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting:

+ Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings
+ Monday-Friday, 8a- 5p, with rotational weekend hospital and call coverage (average 1:4)
+ Provide clinical supervision and teaching for residents and medical students
+ Be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides excellent care for all patients

**Job Requirements**
