**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

The Infection Prevention Specialist is responsible for collaborating to promote, implement, and sustain effective infection prevention and control strategies to reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and ensure patient safety.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

+ Bachelor’s degree in health science, healthcare delivery, public health, laboratory science, or related field
+ Two (2) years of clinical experience
