Oversee adherence of infection control measures to Vision, Mission, goals, objectives, and values, aligning with the scope of the PCI Service.
Manage all scheduled and ad-hoc meetings in compliance with the PCI standard requirements as the liaison to the PCI Chairman.
Participate in planning, budgeting, and resource utilization of the services.
Identify gaps in clinical practice and evaluate nursing interventions to enhance value in patient care and professional practice.
Collaborate with the head of service to plan and implement infection control programs for clinical excellence.
Collaborate with hospital staff to audit evidence‑based infection control policies and SOPs, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage investigations and root cause analyses for incidents, take appropriate action, and ensure completion of incident reports within stipulated time.
