Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support infection prevention and control initiatives across the organisation
- Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and standards
- Conduct surveillance, audits, and investigations related to infection prevention and control
- Develop, review, and implement infection control policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and reduce infection risks
- Monitor and analyse infection control data and prepare reports for management review
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Support audits, accreditation activities, and regulatory compliance requirements
